It has been a great week! 

The class has learned the short vowel sound of the letter "i" and "u".

Our bible memory verse for the week:  "A"  All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. ~Romans 3:23
Please work with your child this week on this scripture.  The children will have to individually recite this verse to me on Friday for a grade.

September 4, we will begin to celebrate our "Star of the week"  GABBY KHORSHAD will be our "STAR"

Make sure to send a pair of gym shoes everyday for P.E.!! You are welcome to leave an extra pair in the classroom.

Please be sure to put any notes or papers to be returned to the school in your child's "UP" folder

Picture day is August 30.  We will be taking class pictures and individual pictures that day. 

Finally, Friday September 1, is wear your favorite college team colors!!
